Responsibilities
- SALES AND CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
- Acquire new customers and grow the customer base within the assigned branch location.
- CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and quality customer service.
- LOAN PERFORMANCE
- Support effective loan management and ensure strong repayment and portfolio performance.
- BUSINESS GROWTH
- Contribute to branch performance by identifying business opportunities, expanding the customer base and achieving assigned targets.
- IDEAL CANDIDATE
