By creating an account or using Market92 you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide
Market92 is a platform that lets people discover jobs, workers, products, courses and property, and request business registration assistance. Except for courses and CAC registration services we provide directly, we are not a party to agreements between members — including employment, sales, rentals or purchases.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your password private and be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian’s consent where the law allows). You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Listings and profiles
You must have the right to offer what you list, and your listing must be accurate. You must not post:
- jobs that charge applicants any fee;
- stolen, counterfeit, illegal or dangerous goods;
- misleading prices, photos or descriptions;
- content that is abusive, discriminatory or infringes someone else’s rights.
We may review, edit for formatting, reject or remove content, and suspend accounts that break these terms.
4. Transactions between members
Payment, delivery, inspection and any contract are between you and the other party. Take reasonable care: inspect before paying, meet in safe public places and never send money for a job application.
5. Courses and payments
Course and plan prices are shown before payment. Access to a purchased course continues while the course remains available. Plan access lasts for the period paid.

6. CAC registration services
We help prepare and file applications with the Corporate Affairs Commission. Approval, name availability and processing times are decided by CAC and are not guaranteed by us. Fees are confirmed with you before payment.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between members, or from information supplied by members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
