Responsibilities
- Patient billing and revenue processing
- Insurance (HMO/NHIA) processing and pre-authorization
- Daily reconciliation and financial control
- Patient financial counselling and customer service
- Compliance and financial documentation
Requirements
- OND/HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Banking & Finance or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a cashier or billing officer, preferably
- in a healthcare setting
- Experience with cash handling, POS, bank transfers and daily reconciliation
- Knowledge of HMO/NHIA billing is an advantage
- Good computer skills (Excel, billing software)
- Good communication skills in English and Hausa
- Honesty, integrity and accuracy with figures
