Requirements
- Minimum OND/NCE in any relevant field; HND/B.Sc. is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front-desk officer,
- preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English and Hausa
- Basic computer skills (patient registration, scheduling, phone handling)
- Neat appearance, courteous and calm under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
