Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Supervise warehouse personnel and support staff development.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, storage and distribution of agricultural inputs.
- Organise physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Coordinate receiving, dispatch and transfers between warehouses.
- Ensure proper product handling, storage, safety and quality standards.
- Work with Logistics, Procurement, QA/QC and field teams to support timely distribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.
- Experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation and warehouse operations.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
- Good leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation, reporting and computer skills.
- A Master’s degree and relevant professional supply chain certification are added advantages.
