Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Manage performance management, employee relations and engagement
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
- Drive learning, development and retention initiatives
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in Human Resource Management
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
- CIPM certification is an added advantage
- Experience in professional services / fintech environment is an advantage
