Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Maintain company records, files and documents
- Prepare reports, letters, schedules and other official documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and office activities
- Handle calls, enquiries and official correspondence
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required
- Assist with staff coordination and general administrative tasks
- Support management with assigned administrative duties
- Ensure the office environment operates efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Hands-on knowledge of administrative duties
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Candidates should reside in or around Gwarimpa, Abuja
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is an advantage.
