Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US dental billing or as a Virtual Assistant with a US dental or medical company.
- Excellent English proficiency and a clear, professional speaking voice. British or American accent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone and read scripts comfortably.
- Stable wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speeds.
- Laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th, 9th, or 10th generation), 8GB or 16GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB SSD, and Windows 10.
- High-quality headset and reliable power supply.
