Responsibilities
- The Site Foreman will supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The role involves supervising artisans and workers, monitoring materials and equipment, coordinating daily site activities, reporting progress and challenges to Management, and maintaining site discipline.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle.
