FIBRE SALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATIONS
Abuja, Enugu, Kaduna, Ilorin, Kwara, Lagos and Port Harcourt, Rivers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive on-field broadband sales and achieve daily and monthly targets.
Conduct door-to-door marketing and acquire new customers.
Provide product information and support customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate daily sales records and reports.
REQUIREMENTS
OND or NCE minimum qualification. HND/BSc is an advantage.
Experience in field, door-to-door or telecommunications sales is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, confident and able to work independently.
Familiarity with fibre products is an advantage.
REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS
N120,000 monthly, increasing to N150,000 after confirmation.
Benefits after confirmation include Pension, HMO and 13th Month.

CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Contract
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.
Handle customer onboarding and account opening.
Conduct KYC validation and regulatory compliance checks.
Process account upgrades and maintenance requests.
Support card issuance and card lifecycle management.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and service requests.
Educate customers on MoMo products and digital channels.
Prepare operational reports and documentation and support audits.
Escalate and resolve customer and operational issues appropriately.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of OND in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative.
Previous banking-sector experience as a Customer Service or Client Service Representative is required.
Strong professional, efficient and friendly customer service skills.
Ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.
Ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues and recommend improvements.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
Ability to stay updated on developments in client services.
Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
REMUNERATION
N193,000 monthly
