Responsibilities
- Manage projects, priorities and follow-ups across multiple businesses.
- Coordinate business initiatives, events, suppliers and team activities.
- Support research, strategy, recruitment and business growth tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, trackers and other documentation.
- Manage the Founder's calendar, travel, appointments and reminders.
- Provide proactive administrative and problem-solving support.
- Structure and organise business ideas into actionable plans.
- Prepare concise research summaries to support decisions.
- Support brand growth experiments and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as an assistant.
- Curious problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out independently.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking ability.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Owns a reliable laptop and has stable internet access.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
