YOUR ROLE:
Supervise night staff and coordinate shift handovers
Handle late check-ins, check-outs and guest emergencies
Check apartments for safety and order
Resolve overnight issues and escalate to management
Prepare reports and handover notes for the morning team
WHAT YOU BRING:
Must reside in Gwarinpa or environs
Supervisory or hospitality experience preferred
Comfortable working nights consistently
Strong problem-solving skills; alert and calm under pressure
Good guest communication and staff coordination skills
