Key Responsibilities:
Monitor client fitness progress, body composition results, and goals.
Recommend suitable personal training packages and meal plans.
Drive sales, upselling, client retention, and membership renewals.
Track KPIs, client satisfaction, and staff performance.
Resolve client complaints and collaborate with trainers and branch managers to improve service delivery.
Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Visit gym branches across Abuja 2-3 times weekly to monitor operations and client progress.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, client relationship management, or fitness operations.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client retention skills.
Ability to interpret body composition reports and track client progress.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and personal training is an added advantage.
Ability to work full-time and collaborate effectively with different teams.

2. *FINANCE OFFICER: Kubwa*
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor expenses, budgets, payments, and cash flow.
Track inventory, stock levels, purchases, usage, and costs.
Reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and applicable tax regulations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Experience in retail, fitness, or inventory-based businesses is added advantage
