A growing kiddies business located at Century Mall, Gudu, is looking for a responsible and experienced Manager / Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day running of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee daily business operations
• Supervise and coordinate staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor sales, inventory and business activities
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Handle administrative and operational responsibilities
• Drive business growth and improve overall performance
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Previous management or supervisory experience
✅ Strong leadership and organisational skills
✅ Excellent communication and customer-service skills
✅ Ability to manage staff and daily operations effectively
✅ Must be proactive, responsible and result-oriented
✅ Experience in a retail, kiddies, entertainment or related business will be an advantage
