Responsibilities
- Respond to patient enquiries via WhatsApp, phone & email
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Follow up with patients
- Provide information about clinic services
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements
- Proficiency in email management, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities simultaneously.
- EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Front Desk, Administrative Support, or a similar role is preferred.
