Responsibilities
- The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring that customers receive timely and professional assistance. The role involves responding to client enquiries, following up with existing and prospective clients, handling complaints and concerns, providing accurate information about the Company's properties and services, maintaining customer records, coordinating client communication, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department or Management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND in, Mass Communication, Public Relations, public adminitration, or a related field.
