Responsibilities
- The Architect will provide architectural support in the planning, design, development, and execution of the Company's projects. The role includes preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, developing design concepts, conducting site inspections and measurements, monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications, preparing project documentation, coordinating with engineers and other professionals, and providing technical solutions to architectural and construction-related challenges.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- Experience: Relevant architectural and site experience is preferred.
- Key Skills:
- * Architectural design and planning
- * AutoCAD/ArchiCAD/Revit proficiency
- * Site inspection and construction supervision
- * Creativity and technical problem-solving
